These Terms apply to all retreats, group programmes, and residential or in-person experiences offered by Leini Ireland / Maitri.
1. Nature of Retreat Services
Retreats may include yoga, movement practices, personal development sessions, group discussions, and reflective activities. These services are not therapeutic and do not replace medical, psychological, or professional care.
2. Age Requirement
Retreats are intended for participants aged 18 years and over unless otherwise stated.
3. Participation & Responsibility
Participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. You acknowledge that outcomes vary and no guarantees are made regarding personal results or transformation.
4. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
Retreat fees, payment schedules, and inclusions are outlined at the time of booking. Payments are processed via Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, retreat payments are non-refundable.
If a retreat is cancelled by Leini Ireland / Maitri, refunds or transfers will be handled in accordance with the specific retreat terms provided at booking.
5. Cancellations & Transfers
Cancellation and transfer terms vary by retreat and are communicated at the time of booking. Unless explicitly stated, participant-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
6. Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and any personal information shared during retreat sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All retreat content, materials, recordings, and resources remain the property of Leini Ireland / Maitri and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
8. Limited Liability
Liability for any claim arising from retreat participation is limited to the total retreat fees paid. Leini Ireland / Maitri are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including personal, financial, or business impacts.
This limitation does not apply to claims arising from breaches of confidentiality, intellectual property, or non-disparagement obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute must first be resolved by mediation in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. If unresolved within three (3) months, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. Participation in mediation or arbitration is required before pursuing other remedies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
