What is a discovery call?

A discovery call is a free 30-minute conversation where we explore what you’d like support with, what’s happening in your life, and whether my approach is the right fit for you. You can ask questions about one-to-one sessions, The Reset, The Mastery Path, or retreats.

Are one-to-one sessions online or in person?

One-to-one sessions are available online as personal development coaching via video call. Learn more about private sessions.

How do I book The Reset or The Mastery Path?

These programmes are not available for direct online booking.

You’ll begin with a free discovery call where we discuss what you need, where you feel stuck and whether the programme is the right fit.

Can I book a single session?

Single sessions are available only to clients who have completed The Mastery Path. This ensures ongoing work has a shared foundation.

What can I expect in a one-to-one session?

Sessions offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow down, reflect and explore what sits beneath your stress, patterns and reactions.

We work with a blend of mindset tools, breathwork, guided rest, and body mind practices to help you understand yourself more deeply and navigate life with more clarity, calm and control.

Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or personal development?

No. Everything offered – from mindful movement to guided rest – is accessible for all levels. You’ll be supported exactly where you are.

What happens in a one-day retreat?

One-day retreats offer a restorative immersion that includes reflective practices, gentle body-based movement, breathwork, meditation and space to pause.

They’re ideal if you need a circuit-breaker but can’t step away for multiple days.

What happens in a multi-day retreat?

Multi-day retreats offer deeper rest and reconnection. They often include daily mindful movement or yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, nature walks, reflective workshops, nourishing food and time for quiet and stillness.

I don’t see any retreat dates listed — what should I do?

Retreats are updated regularly throughout the year. If there are no current dates or locations listed, you can:

  • Join the retreat mailing list to be notified as soon as new retreats open
  • Check back anytime to see newly added dates

Can I claim sessions or retreats through insurance or wellness rebate programs?

No. Private sessions and retreats are not claimable through insurance, health funds, or corporate wellness schemes. All programmes are self-funded.

How do I know which offering is right for me?

If you’re unsure where to begin – private sessions, a retreat, or the Meditation Room – book a free discovery call. We’ll discuss what you need right now and the pathway that will support you most.

What is the cancellation policy?

Retreats:

  • Cancellations made more than 3 months before the retreat start date receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 2–3 months prior receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are available within 2 months of the retreat start date.
  • Retreat places may be transferred to another person.

Private Sessions:

  • No refunds are offered once a discovery call has been successfully completed and payment made. Sessions can be rescheduled if required, but 24 hours’ notice is required.

When I book for The Reset (8 week programme) or The Mastery Path (6 month programme) when do I pay for the sessions?

Payment is required upfront. A structured monthly payment option is also available.

Do you work with children?

No. All clients must be 18 years or older.

How long is an individual session?

Each session runs for one hour.

Will sessions be recorded?

Sessions can be recorded on request. Recordings are available for clients to download for two weeks before they are permanently deleted.
