About

I’m Leini Ireland, a Personal Development Guide based in Hong Kong. I support adults navigating stress, challenges, disconnection and emotional overwhelm to find clarity, calm and control in their daily lives.

My path into this work combines decades of personal study with real-life experience. I’ve moved through divorce, major surgery, the loss of a parent, raising two children, and running my own business. These moments have shaped my understanding of resilience, perspective, responsibility and the power of reframing how we meet life.

Alongside this, I have spent the last 30 years studying philosophy, meditation, trauma and body-mind practices. These disciplines reveal how small shifts in awareness can create solid, lasting change without needing to overhaul your entire life. This blend of insight and practical tools is at the heart of my approach.
